Farmers Market Sees Record Sales with Entercom Mobile Marketing Campaign
Gro Moore Farms is a farmers market in the Rochester area. They needed a campaign to increase profit margins by growing sales of plant products during the popular summer months. They specifically wanted to target a younger generation of gardeners between 35-40 years of age.
Entercom Rochester created a text-to-win marketing campaign for Gro Moore Farms. WBEE on-air personality Billy Kidd endorsed the campaign and invited listeners to text in for the chance to win a raised bed garden kit. A series of videos were promoted on the WBEE Facebook page positioning the client as a leader in its field. This campaign was also promoted through on-air radio commercials, direct-to-consumer emails and mobile marketing sponsorships.
As a result of the campaign, Gro Moore Farms built a mobile database for future promotional messages. In addition, the client saw record sales in May. The client was impressed with the increases in awareness and market share as a result of this campaign.
